Create an app
Sign in with your email, name your app, and copy the client secret once. Pick the areas of practice data it needs.

Connect a practice
Send an owner or manager to the authorise URL. They choose their region, review the scopes, and your app receives tokens bound to that practice.

Submit for approval
Your app is live in both regions from day one, capped at twenty-five practices until we review it. Approval lifts the cap.
